A training program in sport based only on physical aspects may be reductive and insufficient to build up a great athlete or a great team.

Performances in sport may be conditioned by the emotional state of the athlete, by the environment that surrounds him, by the degree of self confidence, by interferences caused by tension and anxiety. Technical mistakes during training may generate negative impressions that go deep into unconscious and, if not removed, reduce the quality of the results. To erase these psychological barriers it is necessary to modify the mental habit toward one's potential.

creative visualization are an excellent method to strengthen self confidence and cross out limitations imposed by the mind on the body, to learn to think in a "winner" way, to correct technical errors, to accelerate the time of reaction, to develop the attitude to the "detachment from action" and then to observation of any failure, without negative or destructive judgment, quickly coming back in good shape with new energy.
