Yoga and school
Yoga practices can be considered an important tool to promote better management and organization of physical and intellectual resources of students and of studying activities and to prepare them to better face oral tests and school examinations.
Some simple techniques of Yoga are able to improve sensory perceptions, auditory and visual attention, memory, concentration, creative imagination, the ability of ideas association, of "re-call" and visualization; they can balance emotions, promote harmonization of the two cerebral hemispheres, revitalize mental energy drained from study and release tension, anxiety and emotional make-up responsible for mental blackouts that often occur during written and oral tests.
